Dementia is NOT a normal part of aging. You can reduce your chances of experiencing
dementia symptoms by making healthy choices. Start small and focus on:

 Eating healthy: Eat a balanced diet lower in fat and higher in veggies and fruit to help reduce the risk of dementia.

 Being active: Doing exercises that get your heart pumping increases blood flow to the brain so it can function normally.

 Quitting tobacco: Small, consistent changes can build momentum toward quitting for good!
