Direct Support Professional I $300 Sign-On Bonus:
Description: Provides support and assists individuals with intellectual, physical and/or developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Three (3) months of caregiving experience preferred.
Direct Support Professional II $300 Sign- On Bonus:
Description: Provides support and assists individuals with intellectual, physical and/or developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma / GED and 1 year of mental health experience and high needs members required. Bilingual preferred.
Supported Living Supervisor $500 Sign-On Bonus:
Description: Provides support and assists individuals with intellectual, physical and/or developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma/GED. 2 years of supervision required. Associate’s degree preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Bilingual Crisis Interventionist:
Description: Responsible for providing crisis intervention, assessment, counseling, and behavioral health support to members. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of behavioral health or related work/volunteer experience required. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Behavioral Health Clinician/ Case Manager:
Description: Responsible for comprehensive coordination of behavioral health services for adult and child members eligible for enrollment with public behavioral health services. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma/GED with 1 years of behavioral health or related work/volunteer experience or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health required. The education and experience level will determine the position level of Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) or Behavioral Health Professional (BHP). Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Family Educator (Bilingual- Spanish):
Mentors families to become their child’s first teachers, working with families with children ages birth to three years’ old, as well as expectant mothers. Minimum Requirements: Home Visitor Child Development Associate (CDA) or Associates Degree in Early Childhood or related field required. Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Early Childhood, Special Education), Social Work, Family Studies or closely related field preferred. Experience working with young children and families required. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Program Supervisor - Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health:
Description: Provides oversight of the Smart Support team and coordination of the Smart Support program’s activities, ensuring that the objectives are met and are in alignment with model fidelity and contractual requirements. Additionally, supports young children’s social and emotional health indirectly by strengthening the adult caregivers’ capacity to foster children’s healthy social and emotional development, early and before formalized intervention is needed. Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field with six (6) years of combined postgraduate experience in child and family counseling, management, supervision and/or consultation required. Must be licensed by the AZ Board of Behavioral Health. Experience with children, birth to five, and their families required. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Mental Health Professional/ Mental Health Consultant (FT/PT):
Description: Supports young children’s social and emotional health indirectly by strengthening the adult caregivers’ capacity to foster children’s healthy social and emotional development – early and before formalized intervention is needed. Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or a Master’s degree that leads toward licensure from the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners required. Master’s degrees in a related field (Education, Special Education, Child Development, etc.) may be considered with relevant experience. Experience working with children birth to twelve years and their families preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Therapist (FT/PT, per diem or hourly):
Description: Conducts therapeutic sessions utilizing best practices and evidence-based interventions with children and adults. Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or related behavioral health field eligible for licensure by the AZ Board of Behavioral Health with two years related experience (BHT) or Associate license in social work, counseling, marriage and family, or substance abuse recognized by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (BHP) required. Therapist II has obtained permanent associate level licensure with AZBBHE. Therapist III has obtained permanent independent level licensure with AZBBHE. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Teacher:
Description: Implements age-appropriate curriculum and activities while creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children in the classroom. Minimum Requirements: Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Special Education, Elementary Education, or Child Development; or unrelated Associate’s degree or higher with 36 units of higher education credits in Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Special Education, Elementary Education, or Child Development; or a state certification to practice as a teacher in a public school, and the certification is reflective of the age of the children served required. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
